KINGSTON, Jamaica -- The intersection of Mountain View and Windward Road in Kingston is impassable at this time, the police say.
The authorities are therefore asking motorists and pedestrians to avoid this area as the roadway is inundated and blocked by debris.
The public is being advised to find alternative routes until updated further
