Constitution On Hill Water Supply To Be Completed today - NWC

The National Water Commission is reporting that in follow up to a previously issued news release regarding maintenance works on the Constitution Hill water supply system in St. Andrew, these works are still in progress and are scheduled to be completed by , Wednesday, October 2, 2013. The works which began some three weeks ago are aimed at improving the capacity of the impoundment and would have resulted in instances of low pressure and possible no water to some customers located in elevated areas of the following communities: Constitution Hill Hall's Delight Lindo's Gap Hope Flat Kintyre The National Water Commission apologizes for any inconvenience caused and is appealing for the continued understanding, patience and cooperation of its customers in the affected communities as it strives to ensure the earliest restoration of normal water supply.
