Jamaican Reggae Girls In Group A of U17 Football Competition

Hosts Jamaica has escaped the tougher of the two groups at this morning’s draw for the CONCACAF Girls Under 17 finals that will be played in Montego Bay starting later this month at the Montego Bay Sports complex. The draw was held at the Hilton Rose Hall and sees Jamaica taking on Mexico, Haiti and El Salvador in Group A while defending champions United States, Canada, Guatemala and Trinidad will play in Group B, the tougher of the two groups. The top two teams from each group will advance to the semi-finals and the winners, the two teams that advance to the finals to be played on November 9th will advance to the World Cup to be played next year in Costa Rica.
