A Brooklyn, N.Y., man is now brain-dead two weeks after killing his girlfriend. According to authorities, Eric McCormik suffered a stroke on Sept. 30.
Two weeks ago, McCormik sent Sellis Gonzalez’s 15-year-old and 5-year-old daughters to get food from a restaurant. When the girls left the home, 40 year old McCormik, shot and killed Gonzalez. The girls returned and discovered their mother lying in a pool of bloodMcCormik shot himself twice in the chest, but survived.
