Jamaican Police Seek Couple Involved In Waterloo Road Crash
ST ANDREW, Jamaica - Police are now searching for a couple who abandoned a Nissan motor car which was involved in an accident along Waterloo Road in St Andrew Tuesday afternoon.
The car was being driven along Devon Road and veered into the path of a truck, which was travelling in an easterly direction on Waterloo Road. The couple then ran from the vehicle, leaving it abandoned.
Police searched the motor vehicle and found documents which revealed the identity of the vehicle's owner. An officer on the scene said the police will be making an effort to contact the owner to find out if the vehicle was stolen.
It is not known if either of them was injured in the accident.
