Bomb Hidden In Microphone Kills Afghan Official Governor

Arsala Jamal the governor of Afghanistan’s eastern Logar province was killed in a blast at a mosque during the Eid-al-Adha Muslim festival. Jamal was addressing Muslims in the mosque when a bomb hidden in the microphone exploded killing him on the spot. Eighteen persons were injured with several in critical condition. No group has immediately claimed responsibility for the bombing
