Christ Invented By Romans Says Bible Scholar

A controversial new study is to be presented to the British public on October 19, which claims ancient confessions stated that the entire story of Jesus Christ was fabricated. Joseph Atwill a self described Bible scholar will present his findings at a symposium called “Covert Messiah” where he will explain how Roman rulers fabricated the New Testament and the story of Christ in an effort to pacify subjects of the empire. In a press release Atwill says his intention is not to “harm” Christianity, but calls his findings “important” for today’s society.
