KINGSTON, Jamaica- A Taurus 9 mm pistol and 17 rounds of ammunition were seized by the police on Gordon Town Road, Kingston 6 this morning.
The Half Way Tree Police reported that about 3:55 am, a team of officers was on patrol in the area, when they saw a man behaving in a suspicious manner. The man allegedly tried to elude the lawmen but was accosted and searched and the weapon found in his possession.He was taken into custody in connection with the find; however, his identity is being withheld pending further investigations.
