Police arrested 22-year-old RONDELLE HADRICK of Rhode Island after neighbors said they found her crawling out of their bedroom window with a pocketbook and police found her 2-month-old infant and 4-year-old at home alone.Police charged the 22 year old thirsty chic with breaking and entering, simple assault and neglect of a child, according to Det. Jaime Paone of the Woonsocket police. They referred her case to DCYF.

Police said a man, 56, and woman, 41, found Hadrick crawling out of the bedroom window of their apartment when they returned from a walk around 1:57 a.m. Saturday. As the pair confronted Hadrick, the woman and Hadrick got into a fight and the man tried to break it up.
When the woman separated, Hadrick gave the woman’s pocketbook to an unidentified man who took off running with it and she followed after him, Poane said. Police would not name the victims.
When police arrived Hadrick was gone but she later returned and they arrested her. Paone said that Hadrick appeared to be intoxicated DRUNK!
Police found the baby in a car seat crying and the 4-year-old in their apartment by themselves, Paone said.
