Westmoreland-based Constable Jeffrey Peart who is jointly charged with his 22-yr-old sister Roxanne Peart with the murder of 27-yr-old taxi operator Delroy Frame in Wild Cane, District St. Ann was remanded when he appeared in the St. Ann Resident Magistrates Court yesterday. The 22-yr-old woman who has also been slapped with a conspiracy to murder charge had her bail extended. Both will return to court on October 31. Frame is believed to have been killed after he filed a corruption case report to the Police against Constable Peart. The taxi operator was killed then beheaded on May 19, and his head has still not been found. His burnt out vehicle was found a mile away from where he was killed.

Police Constable Remanded In Headless Body Case
