KINGSTON, Jamaica- Detectives from the Centre for the Investigations of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse (CISOCA), are seeking the public’s assistance in locating two witnesses who are vital to a case that is currently before the court.
They are 16-year-old Odette Wynter and Racquel Douglas, whose last known address is Chapleton, Clarendon.
They are to appear in the Spanish Town Resident Magistrate’s Court on Friday, November 29 at 10:00 am.
Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Odette Wynter and Racquel Douglas is being asked to contact the Spanish Town Police at 984-2305, Police 119 emergency number or the nearest Police Station.
