Fool With HIV Caught Having Unprotected Sex With Several Women

An Athens, Georgia man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly having unprotected sex with a woman without telling her he was infected with the HIV virus. Cops warn there may be several other victims!52 year old Ricky Billings, was charged with felony reckless conduct. Athens-Clarke County police began an investigation on Sept. 8, when a 32-year-old woman filed a complaint. Because the complaint included medical information that’s protected by state privacy laws, the police incident report is heavily redacted and does not give clear insight as to the nature of the woman’s complaint. According to the arrest warrant, Billings knowingly endangered the woman. Billings “did … intentionally have unprotected sexual intercourse on multiple occasions with the victim without disclosing the fact that he was HIV positive,” according to the warrant. The couple had sex beginning in July, according to the warrant. Billings was released from the Clarke County Jail early Wednesday morning after posting a $1,000 bond. Remember that face!
