Driver Charged In Manchester Crash Remanded Until October

Omar Bennett the driver charged with four counts of manslaughter in connection with a three-vehicle collision in Chudleigh, Manchester was remanded in custody yesterday. Bennett who has over 100 traffic tickets will return to court on October 4 in the Christiana RM Court. Four Holmwood Technical High School students perished in the September 25 crash which saw over twenty others injured. The other driver involved in the crash will not be charged.
