INDECOM Probes Two Shooting Incidents

The Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) in a post on its Facebook post said it has launched probes into two incidents that occurred around the same time last night October 1, 2013 at 10 pm in St. Catherine. One of the deceased men have been identified as Damion Titus and the other man remains unidentified. The INDECOM says a press release will be issued later.
