ST ANDREW, Jamaica- Police officers attached to the St Andrew North Division seized 240 pounds of compressed ganja on Cassava Piece Road, Kingston 8 this morning.
The Constant Spring Police said that about 5:00 am, they were on operation in the area when a premises was searched and the ganja was found. The estimated street value is approximately JMD 1.2 million.
Four people, including one female, were taken into custody in relation to the seizure. Their identities are being withheld pending further investigations.
