Peter Bunting Pleased With Cybercrime Fight

KINGSTON, Jamaica — National Security Minister Peter Bunting says he is encouraged by the attention that local stakeholders are placing on the fight against cybercrime. "I welcome the increased attention that we are placing in this very important area," Bunting said at the launch of the two-day National Conference on Cyber Security and Digital Forensics. The conference, currently in progress at the University if the West Indies Mona campus, is being held under the theme: Protecting Identity, Banking and Citizen Information Networks.
