KINGSTON, Jamaica — Education Minister Ronald Thwaites has lauded the introduction of a community-based bus service in Manchester to transport students of Holmwood Technical High School in Christiana, and recommended its replication in other school communities across the island.
Thwaites headed the list of officials present at the launch of the bus service in Mandeville on Monday, October 7.
