The Jamaican dollar lost further value against all three major currencies at the end of the week in foreign exchange trading. The American dollar gained $0.07 to close at an average selling rate of J$105.07 to US$1. The Canadian dollar strengthened by $0.30 to end at J$100.82 to CAN$1, while the British pound gained $0.27 to close at an average selling rate of J$170.18 to £1.

Jamaican dollar ends week at J$105.07 to US$1
The Jamaican dollar lost further value against all three major currencies at the end of the week in foreign exchange trading. The American dollar gained $0.07 to close at an average selling rate of J$105.07 to US$1. The Canadian dollar strengthened by $0.30 to end at J$100.82 to CAN$1, while the British pound gained $0.27 to close at an average selling rate of J$170.18 to £1.
