Manchester United Storm To 3-2 Win Over Stoke

Manchester United had to come from behind twice to secure a 3-2 win over plucky Stoke City at Old Trafford. Stoke City were looking for their first win at Old Trafford for over 20 years, and went ahead through a Peter Crouch goal after 3 minutes. United equalised just before half time when Robin van-Persie scored from a blocked shot from Wayne Rooney. Two minutes later Amautovic put Stoke in front again at half time. The Red Devils went searching for goals and got two in as much minutes. Rooney scored a header before another similar goal from the Mexican substitute Javier Hernandez. The home side held on to gain 3 important points to remain in eighth position with 14 points, while Stoke are on 8 points in 17th position above the relegation zone.
