The Embassy of the United States of America in a post on its Facebook page says it will be closed on Monday, October 14, 2013 in observance of Columbus Day, a federal holiday in the United States. All parts of the U.S. Mission, including the Consular Section, Information Resource Center, United States Agency for International Development (USAID), United States Peace Corps offices, and the U.S. Consular Agencies in Montego Bay and the Cayman Islands, will be closed on that day. The Embassy and its affiliated offices will re-open for business on Tuesday, October 15
