ST THOMAS, Jamaica – Police in St Thomas are grappling with what they say is a marked increase in sexual offense cases in the parish.
Head of the Division, Merrick Watson Thursday said that the level of reported cases is cause for serious concern in the eastern parish. He did not provide the data on the incidents but said that the police have stepped up efforts to educate members of the public on how to protect themselves.
